WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME AND FEES?

We strive for all orders to ship within 14 business days.

Orders within the U.K. will arrive within 1-4 days after dispatch. 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation by mail if you need any further details please email us and we will provide the latest information about your delivery.

HOW DO I MAKE A EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

If you want to change a product, please follow these instructions:

Please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

If you purchased your items at a special price please contact our customer service for help. All sale and promotional items are non refundable.

If it's a faulty item please contact us first so we can arrange return postage fees.


Worn merchandise is not returnable, please make sure your shoes fit correctly prior to wearing them outdoors, especially on small children.


If you do not qualify for free returns please take your package to any courier of your choice.

All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging if possible and the tags must still be attached. You may not tape or paste anything directly on the product's original packaging. Please note products brought in our sales are non refundable.

 The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods with broken seals / without tags. The right to return or exchange a product also does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear,.

NOTE! You are the customer who has the financial responsibility for your shipment coming to us. Please note the package tracking number of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt.

All clothes that are returned must be unworn and unwashed. 

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product. If the product is not as you have imagined, you have 14 days to return it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

In case of any delay, you will be entitled to cancel the purchase if you do not approve a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have refunded, the money will be returned to the payment method you specified when you made your order.

Direct Payment

 

Paying with direct payments is both simple and secure. You are redirected to your bank's website and perform the purchase by doing so. In other words, you pay in the same way as you pay your bills. Anyone who is a payment customer at any of the above banks can make use of this payment method. Paying via direct payment is free of charge. Direct payments by bank are managed by DIBS, which meets the market's primary security standard PCI DSS.
